The Plaza Hotel in New York City, where Joseph C. Smith and his orchestra played from 1914 to 1923. Another copy of the postcard stated on the reverse: "The Plaza Hotel is located on Fifth Avenue and 59th Street, facing Central Park and the Plaza. It is a model of elegance and beauty, 19 stories high, and cost $12,500,000. It contains a beautiful ball room, accommodating 500 people. Sherman Statue in foreground." Ryan Barna Collection.
